Bureau of Immigration's Virtual Annual Report (Virtual AR) e-Service

Beginning 02 January 2023 until 01 March 2023, the Virtual AR shall be available at the BI e-Services Portal at e-services.immigration.gov.ph for registered foreign nationals with valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Identity Cards and valid visas.

Foreign nationals must register, log in, fill in the required fields and choose their preferred time and date of appointment. A notification shall be sent to the client’s registered e-mail containing the interview link, appointment details and further instructions upon successful registration.

Clients have twenty-four (24) hours from the issuance of the Order of Payment Slip (OPS) to settle AR fees post-interview through the available payment channels such as Maya, Gcash, Credit (Visa/Mastercard) and Landbank to complete the transaction.

In-Person Annual Report

Paper-based ACR holders and other foreign nationals who are either required to or prefer to report in-person must register online and secure a BI reference number prior assessment.

Foreign nationals may file their Annual Report at the following venues:

  • SM Mall of Asia, Pasay (Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM)
  • Robinsons Place Manila (Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM)
  • Other participating BI satellite, district and field offices (Working hours)
